By looking at the data, we were able to assess which steps in our supply chain were causing the most damage, meaning we were able to assess those areas and make the right changes. Some of our changes were simple—adjusting suppliers to more sustainable options. Some, on the other hand, were more complex, such as reorganizing our supply chain structure to cut out unnecessary and harmful steps in the process.
