It’s vital to simplify technical terms into plain English and to provide the business rationale—whether it’s cost-effective to develop, simpler to maintain, quicker to modify, and so on. Always speak in business terms, not tech language. You’ll need to lead everyone in the company, so relying on technical jargon isn’t appropriate.
